In my teenage years, I was a youth professional athlete in Germany and later spent nearly a decade as a professional poker player.

 

Upon moving to San Diego, I was surprised to find that dedicated sauna facilities were only available within gyms. In Germany, "sauna paradises" are places where people gather with friends and loved ones to spend quality time while enhancing their health and well-being.

 

Fueled by my personal interest in achieving peak performance of the mind and body, I have long envisioned introducing this holistic wellness experience one day to my new community here in California, It is finally time to bring this enriching concept to San Diego.

Residing in San Diego with his family, he balances his commitment to wellness with a passion for jiu-jitsu, reflecting his dedication to both mental and physical health.
